The Submarine Sail past and Water-skiing off the back of Azura was the talk of the Breakfast Table.\u00a0 The date gave it all away!!\u00a0 Alas the clocks moving on an hour was not an April Fool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had to wake Callum up for Breakfast this morning so left it as late as we could to make it before the MDR breakfast closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Callum was itching to get back to Kids Club and play with his new friends; a boy named Michael and another who is is adamant is called \u201cHead\u201d (we presume Ed!).  We popped down to Costa in the atrium for a quick coffee before heading down to Malabar for the cooking demonstration.   We managed to get seats at the front this time.  Praboo was going to be cooking the signature dishes frome was one of the chefs doing this demo on our last cruise.  The Cruise Director, Neil Oliver, was hosting and the two did have a great rappore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First dish cooked was the Sea Bass from Sindhu (the dish I\u2019d eaten the previous night) and then he cooked the fillet steak from XVII.\u00a0 The aromas were amazing. Afterwards, one of the waiters from XVII cooked the Crepe Suzette.\u00a0 Alas, no time to cook the bison burger from The Glass House as there was a talk on about the RNLI starting shortly after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Callum decided we were eating at Sindhu for lunch \u2026 and wanted a set of tasting plates for himself.  We all chose a chicken dish, Callum and Jon the Beef, Callum and I the potato and pea samosas, Jon the calamari and I had some duck.  It won\u2019t surprise you that Callum\u2019s plate was cleared at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Newcastle-Liverpool match was being shown live on the Big Sea Screen today (also shown in Brodies, but Under 18\u2019s weren\u2019t allowed in this area as it\u2019s also the casino).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were a few football fans, but Callum was the only one wearing a Newcastle shirt.\u00a0 I was fearing the worst as Liverpool started very strongly.\u00a0 Callum was promised an ice-cream when Newcastle scored.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He hedged his bets and asked if he could have an ice-cream when either team scored.\u00a0 It only took about 20 mins and thankfully the goal went against the run of play.\u00a0 Callum had had enough of watching the game by half-time so went to kids club.\u00a0 Jon and I stayed up on deck and thankfully Newcastle scored another and held on for the win.<\/p>\n\n\n
