Late last year, we were watching QI and the legend that is Professor Brian Cox was one of the guests. Like his fellow panelists, our minds were blown with his scientific knowledge and theories. When Jon found out he was on tour and stopping in Oxford, we booked tickets. We were late booking so were up in the gods and kept our fingers crossed we would be able to follow what he was talking about!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’d used the Park & Ride to get into town – the stop was on the road the theatre was in. First up, we needed a bite to eat and returned to Thaikhun <\/strong>– a Thai restaurant a couple of doors down from theatre where we’d eaten previously. We only realised as walking to the restaurant, there were about another four Thai restaurants on this street alone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thankfully, they had a table for us and we decided to just jump in for mains as we didn’t have a huge amount of time before the show started. Callum opted for the Southern Style Chicken. Not sure if he didn’t notice the 4 x chillis by this item … the serving staff didn’t make any comment about how hot the dish was when he ordered. It lived up to the 4 chilli symbol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Callum was determined to clear his plate … and he did although it did take a while for his mouth to cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n
