Wild in Art came up trumps again with their “Big Parade” Art Exhibition around Worcestershire. To get the most out of the day, we also opted to do a Treasure Trail around the city and see how many elephants we could see en route.
The trail took us around the old streets of Worcester – and there were some amazingly old tudor buildings, many still in use as shops or homes today.
There were lots of interesting facts to be learnt on the trail – Edward Elgar lived in the town and Worcestershire Sauce was first made here in 1823.
The trail ended up taking you past the cathedral and down onto the riverside. There were markers showing the how high the river had risen and flooded parts of the town.

A great day out although massively helped that the weather was so good.
