Saturday 14th April
Weather: Dry and sunny
Sea: Calm
Final full day on board. A leisurely start to the day before dropping Callum off at Kids Club and headed back to the cabin to start to pack. It was a lovely sunny day and the Bay of Biscay was as flat as a pancake. We spotted another ship of our starboard side and on closer inspection, we were being overtaken by Oceana. She was heading back to Southampton and would be back in port the same day as us. Obviously the Captain was keen to lead the way!

It was the talent competition today … and Callum and a couple of others wanted to tell jokes.
With the packing finished and Callum back up in Kids Clubs, Jon and I chilled in the Planet Bar, reading.
After kids club, we collected Callum and we completed the set of photos posing beside the statues.
Around Azura
Cabin E731
Our cabin for the 16 night cruise … last cabin on the starboard side on E Deck – immediately above the Prom Deck. It has a double width balcony which is completely under cover from the balconies on the deck above.

Sunday 15th April
Weather: Dry and sunny
We awoke this morning and we were back in Southampton along with Oceana and Ventura. Overnight, the 100th Anniversary of the sinking of Titanic was marked.
Breakfast down in the MDR, then we waited in the Glass House with our Black Disembarkation Cards – meaning we would be some of the last passengers to leave Azura.

We left the ship about 9.30am and headed to the car park. The queues to leave were horrendous. Nothing was moving out of the port area and it was 11am before we left the car park and finally on our way back home. People were already arriving to board the next cruise.
