A leisurely morning today but still up in time to go down to the MDR for breakfast. Callum studied the menu intently before declaring what he wanted for starters and afterwards!
Today was another leisurely sea day, so before kids club drop off, we had a wander around the ship finding all the mannequins dotted around.
Callum spent an hour or so in kids club whilst Jon and I went to the Inside Azura event down in the atrium – find out a little more about what happens behind the scenes.
You can have lessons on folding napkins, creating towel animals, guess the spice competition (I was one spice away of getting a full house!), and a bed-making competition – the lady in the cabin next to us was the joint winner!
Lunch in the buffet and Callum had found out that the sea was the theme on today’s Planet Bar screens so wanted to go and watch that for a bit to see if he could spot some sharks!
Then it was time for the Youth clubs poolside party which Callum wanted to go to. Noddy was there and they played Callum’s favourite ship song again – Shake It Up.
Callum and Jon even made it into the pool! Back to the cabin to get ready for the final formal night of the cruise. Callum happily went to Kids Club so Jon and I could enjoy a lovely evening trying out XVII.
We started out with a glass of Peller Ice to start and the whole meal was lovely with a couple of extras thrown in along the way. The Chateaubriand we shared was lovely.
A lovely touch was that some truffles were delivered to the cabin the next day as a thank you … which Callum enjoyed!
